VENDING FAQ’S
How are vendors selected? We have a Board Committee that reviews all the applications and makes our selections. It is not a first-come, first-served process.
When will I know if I have been selected? We will let you know by June 1st.
What if I want to apply after June 1st? That’s fine, but it might decrease your chance of being selected.
Why do you have food vendors if you also have a big concessions stand? Our concessions stand has limited offerings and it’s always fun to have a diversity of food options.
How much does it cost to have a vending space? A 10x10 vending space costs $150 for crafts and $300 for food. Two people are included, each extra person beyond that costs $35 for the weekend.
Is there water and/or electricity? An electricity hookup costs $15 for the weekend. Food vendors get water hookups. Craft vendors can access nearby water spigots as needed.
We do not allow vendors to have pets with them.
We do not allow vendors to sell anything that could be considered a weapon.
Illegal drugs, alcohol and tobacco products are strictly prohibited.
No open flames.
Vendors must adhere to Snohomish County Health Dept and Safety Codes.
